Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Oops!... AI Did It Again (the “Service”), a website that produces conversational AI assessments of how exposed a role may be to AI and automation. The Service is operated by Medhāvi-AI (“we”, “us”), an individual sole proprietor based in India. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is — and isn't

The Service asks you about your work and generates a risk score, breakdown, time horizon, and an upskilling plan. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional career, financial, legal, or employment advice, and it is not a prediction or guarantee about your job, your employer, or your future. Outputs are AI-generated estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Decisions you make based on the report are your own responsibility.

2. Accounts

You can take a free assessment anonymously. Unlocking a paid report requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 18 years old (or have the legal capacity to enter a contract in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its AI providers.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or inject instructions into the AI to extract system prompts or other users’ data.
  • Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
  • Do not resell or commercially redistribute reports without our written permission.

4. Payments

Payments are one-time, per report — there are no subscriptions. The free assessment is always free. Unlocking a report charges a single fee for that report; see the Pricing page for current tiers, amounts, and what each tier includes. Payments are processed by Razorpay (in INR for India and in USD for other regions); we never receive or store your full card details. Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its software are owned by us. The report generated for you is yours to use for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing the link. The Oops!... AI Did It Again name and branding remain ours.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.

8. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this page is the one in effect; continued use of the Service means you accept the current terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
