Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Oops!... AI Did It Again sells a digital product that is delivered instantly: the moment your payment is confirmed, your interview continues and your full report is generated and unlocked on the same page. Because the product is consumed immediately, the policy below applies.
All sales are final once the report unlocks
As each purchase unlocks a specific report straight away, payments are non-refundable once that report has been delivered. There are no subscriptions to cancel — every payment is a one-time charge for one report.
When we do refund
We will issue a full refund in these cases:
- Payment captured but report not delivered — you were charged but your report did not unlock or generate due to a technical failure on our side.
- Duplicate or accidental charge — you were billed more than once for the same report, or charged in error.
Please raise these within 7 days of the charge so we can verify and resolve them.
How to request a refund
Get in touch via our Contact page, emailing from the address on your account, with the Razorpay payment ID (or order ID) and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
